As an Architect at Design Innovators, you will play a crucial role in designing innovative and sustainable spaces that enhance community living. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with planning departments for permit approvals.
• Manage health and safety regulations on-site during construction.
• Create comprehensive project documentation for internal and client reviews.
• Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials.
• Continuously improve design processes and project delivery efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• Chairman of Registered Architects Association

Languages

• English: Fluent
