Job Description

Tech Innovations Inc. is seeking a qualified Field Applications Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and be capable of translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions. This role requires hands-on experience, effective communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients.
  • Assess client needs and propose appropriate engineering solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to drive product adoption and sales growth.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client success.
  • Work with product teams to relay client requirements and suggestions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff.
  • Document technical processes and standards for quality assurance.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in customer-facing engineering roles
