Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Centurion. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to better serve clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong communication with both candidates and clients throughout the process.
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with clients and candidates post-interview.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, especially in specialised sectors
