Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve current mining processes and workflows.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for project development.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of mining equipment.
• Implement best practices for waste management and resource conservation.
• Provide leadership and support to mining teams on site.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective project communication.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in the mining sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mining engineering or a related field

Technical Skills

• Mining Software (e.g., Surpac, Deswik)
• Geological Analysis
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
