Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. We are seeking individuals with a passion for helping others, an eye for detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Document customer interactions, follow-up actions, and resolutions accurately.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share customer feedback for service improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new customer service representatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
