Job Description

We are on the hunt for a results-driven E-commerce Manager who is passionate about digital marketing and improving user experiences. You will strategize and implement marketing campaigns, manage online sales channels, and analyze traffic and sales data to propel our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for various roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics regularly.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote job openings and company insights.
  • Enhance the application process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role
