Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager at our Durban hotel, you will be the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality service, managing budgets, and leading a diverse team. We're looking for someone who has a knack for problem-solving and a passion for enhancing the guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operational functions and guest services.
  • Implement training sessions for all new employees.
  • Review guest feedback and metrics to improve services.
  • Ensure the hotel complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other managers to set and meet targets.
  • Plan and manage special events and promotions.
  • Monitor occupancy rates and forecast future trends.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients for business opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
