• Help in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and user manuals.
• Assist in maintaining network security and systems integrity.
• Work closely with vendors for software and hardware support.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies.
• Help organize and deliver IT training sessions for staff.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• MCP or similar certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• VPN and remote access

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Interpersonal skills

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
