Job Description

We seek a proactive Learning and Development Specialist to spearhead our training initiatives in Cape Town. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering impactful learning solutions that align with organizational goals, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to excel.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials to enhance employee training experiences.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance improvements.
  • Support managers in the coaching and development of their teams.
  • Organize employee development events and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Certification in Learning and Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development role
