Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Pretoria. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding processes, training, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to promote retention.
  • Provide proactive support to customers across their journey.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on client feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on new features.
  • Implement customer success strategies to improve client satisfaction.
  • Analyze feedback and implement improvements to service.
  • Facilitate the renewal process for customers through effective follow-up.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
