Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts in Durban. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aimed at fostering a supportive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement and performance management, with the ability to drive recruitment, training, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives for improving employee engagement and workplace wellness.
  • Implement and manage succession planning strategies.
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and adjust pay structures as needed.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure alignment with financial resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus
