Job Description

As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and prior experience in payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and process monthly salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Generate payroll reports for management review.
  • Assist in payroll audits and ensure records are accurate.
  • Support the finance team during financial reviews and audits.
  • Communicate payroll changes and updates to employees.
  • Train new staff on payroll processes and systems.
  • Assist with the payroll software implementation as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Accounting or Payroll Management
  • Bachelor's in Business is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience
