Responsibilities

• Lead new product launches and marketing initiatives for the e-commerce platform.
• Create engaging content for various online platforms, including blogs and social media.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing promotional materials.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to continually optimize marketing efforts.
• Provide training and support to junior marketing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing with a proven track record
