Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Hotel Receptionist to elevate the guest experience at our Durban location. You will be responsible for all front desk operations, assisting guests with their needs, managing reservations, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Check in guests and provide helpful information about the hotel.
  • Assist guests with luggage and direct them to their rooms.
  • Maintain and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
  • Process payments, issues keys, and manage guest accounts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless service.
  • Handle telephone calls and messages promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel reception or customer-facing roles
