Job Description

As a Fabric Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of fabrics. Your role will involve ensuring production quotas are met, adherence to quality control standards, and collaborating with your team to achieve manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate fabric production machinery efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and rectify issues promptly.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Train new operators on machinery handling and safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with quality control to enhance product standards.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Certification in industrial machinery operation/maintenance is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
