Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, schedules, and budgets based on client specifications.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage any required permits and regulatory approvals.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and materials selection.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in construction management roles
