Job Description

Join our team as a Wire Border Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in the assembly of wire borders for various products. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire borders as per production schedule.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Utilize wire bending and cutting machines effectively.
• Document production processes and inventory accurately.
• Support maintenance of tooling and machinery used in assembly.
• Work with senior staff to enhance assembly methods.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Assist in training new staff members on assembly procedures.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives within production.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in an assembly role or similar manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with electrical components
• Experience with quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment: Understanding safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
• Experience with wire bending and cutting machinery: Hands-on experience operating machinery used in the wire assembly process.
