The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing chemical processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes and develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and adjust as necessary.

• Work with the environmental team to ensure compliance.
• Conduct root cause analyses on production failures.
• Train staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

• 3+ years in the chemical industry
