Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist in our Pretoria location, you will be dedicated to enhancing patient health through medication expertise, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients on their prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and reconciliation.
• Advise on prescription alternatives and drug interactions.
• Support patient adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred
• Postgraduate specialization in Clinical Pharmacy is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
