Job Description

As the E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence in Durban. You will develop and optimize our e-commerce strategies, monitor customer engagement, and drive initiatives that bolster our market position, ensuring our services are in line with evolving consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform and website updates.
• Implement user testing and feedback mechanisms to enhance product offerings.
• Work closely with data analytics to track conversion rates and sales data.
• Ensure compliance with online retail regulations and data protection laws.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvements in e-commerce strategies based on customer data.
• Coordinate training for staff on e-commerce best practices.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• An MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
