Responsibilities

• Engineer and optimize fixed and mobile telecommunications networks.
• Perform capacity planning and analysis for evolving telecommunication needs.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to support system integration.
• Evaluate and recommend telecommunications equipment and software.
• Assist clients in identifying their telecommunication needs and solutions.
• Provide training to staff on newly implemented technologies.
• Document all engineering processes and system configurations.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
• Certification in Project Management would be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications systems
