Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Collaborating closely with management and employees, you will foster an inclusive work culture and ensure that HR best practices are implemented throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives to acquire top talent and skill sets.
  • Set up training and development programs to bolster staff capabilities.
  • Advise management on employee performance issues in collaboration with department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and implement new regulations.
  • Modify employee benefits in response to market conditions.
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions between employees and leadership to address concerns.
  • Coordinate employee events to promote teamwork and engagement.
  • Draft and update employee handbooks and manuals.
  • Prepare statistical reports on HR-related metrics for internal assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years in HR roles, preferably as a generalist
