Job Description

We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking HR Training and Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives. The successful candidate will implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering professional development, ultimately contributing to the growth of our talent pool.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational training initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  • Assess employee progress and provide feedback post-training.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to enrich our training offerings.
  • Develop training materials and resources for various learning styles.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
  • Utilise e-learning platforms to modernise training delivery.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Engage with employees to understand ongoing development needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR training and development
