We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Johannesburg. You will play a critical role in managing logistics, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy of stock levels.
• Develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Prepare and review reports on inventory and warehouse activities.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability within the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Degree or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role
