Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of efficient warehousing solutions.

• Prepare and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with various departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Assist with recruitment and staff scheduling.
• Evaluate warehouse performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure loading/unloading schedules are met promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
