Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets.
  • Enhance online marketing efforts to boost brand visibility.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve site ranking.
  • Create reports on e-commerce performance for management reviews.
  • Train and develop the e-commerce team on best practices.
  • Coordinate with customer service to resolve online issues.
  • Plan and execute online sales promotions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.
  • Integrate new technologies to enhance the e-commerce platform.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • E-commerce Platforms Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • SEO/SEM Advanced expertise in search engine optimization and marketing.
  • Analytical Skills Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Certified E-Commerce Professional (CeP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp: Experience in crafting and managing email campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization: Skills in identifying and implementing strategies to improve site conversion rates.
