Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist to join our passionate team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Field customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team service goals.
  • Assist in the development of customer communication templates.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction post-resolution.
  • Engage in team discussions to enhance customer support strategies.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations with each interaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
