Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event planning from conception to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop creative concepts that align with clients' goals.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote events.
• Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct post-event analysis and review performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
• Certification in Event Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
