Job Description

As the Hospitality Manager at our renowned hotel in Port Elizabeth, you will be responsible for managing operational functions, leading staff, and ensuring guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspire and empower staff through effective leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for the hotel.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Manage guest feedback and ensure it is addressed effectively.
  • Craft and execute a marketing plan to boost hotel visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
