• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IP needs.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in IP law practices.
• Participate in IP-related seminars and workshops to enhance professional knowledge.
• Support marketing efforts by providing insights on IP strategies.
• Contribute to the development of internal policies related to IP management.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• LLM in Intellectual Property Law is preferred
• Intellectual Property Law In-depth knowledge of IP laws and regulations.
• Legal Research Proficient in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Negotiation Skills Experienced in negotiating IP agreements and settlements.
• Analytical Thinking Exceptional analytical skills in assessing legal situations.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Registered Patent Attorney
• Certified Intellectual Property Professional
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of patent search strategies: Ability to conduct comprehensive prior art searches.
• Experience with IP valuation: Involvement in determining the value of intellectual property assets.
