Responsibilities

• Facilitate property valuations and provide advice to clients.
• Lead property tours and open houses to showcase listings.
• Identify potential buyers and sellers through networking.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies for each listing.
• Assist clients in securing financing through partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth local market analysis for pricing strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date property listings on the agency website.
• Provide ongoing support to clients even after closing.
• Create and manage client databases for follow-up.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience

Certifications

• FETC in Real Estate Sales
• NQF Level 5 Real Estate Certificate
