Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Retail Manager to oversee our store operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance and implement changes to improve sales and customer experience.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and inventory for upper management.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high level of service.
• Implement in-store marketing strategies to promote products and increase traffic.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in retail management

Languages
