• Continuously assess and optimize supply chain processes for efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage budgets and control costs within the supply chain function.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field
