Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Assist patients in understanding their medication regimens.
• Implement pharmacy protocols for medication safety.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding patient coverage.
• Support public health initiatives by providing accessible health information.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Certification in Advanced Pharmacy Practice is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacy-related experience
