E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online strategies and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce initiatives.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Develop customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead a team of e-commerce specialists to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis Tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
