You will play a pivotal role in managing medication therapies, providing patient education, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify complex medication regimens for safety and effectiveness.
• Engage with patients to understand their medication needs and preferences.
• Foster relationships with local health professionals for collaborative patient care.
• Supervise inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Conduct medication therapy management consultations.
• Evaluate and improve pharmacy practices based on feedback and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree
• Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Clinical Pharmacology

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is beneficial
