Responsibilities

• Implement targeted health promotion activities in underserved populations.
• Manage public health education campaigns.
• Collaborate on inter-agency health initiatives.
• Disseminate health information and resources to the community.
• Conduct focus groups to assess community health perceptions.
• Engage in advocacy for health equity and access.
• Develop training programs for health care workers.
• Report to the Public Health Director on project progress.
• Foster a culture of health and wellness in the community.
• Utilize technology to enhance health outreach efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant public health experience
