Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for all IT issues.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees regarding IT setup.
• Support remote users with technical issues.
• Evaluate and recommend potential software and hardware improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend changes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar support role

• Mac OS
• Active Directory

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
