UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are searching for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Pretoria team. You will work collaboratively with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards of usability.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand design solutions.
• Gather and analyze competitive benchmarking insights to inform design strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align branding with user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize designs based on user interactions.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to drive alignment on project goals.
• Create user personas and journey maps to inform design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Additional design-related certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience in working within Agile teams to deliver high-quality design work.
