Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies for proactive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure that each customer achieves their desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with technical support for escalated customer issues.
  • Assist in the development of customer success metrics and data analysis.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and build trust through transparency.
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Lead customer success meetings and feedback sessions to gather insights.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's goals and customer success objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Additional certifications in customer success are a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
