The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and staff, focusing on hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk requests efficiently and effectively.
• Set up new user accounts and configure workstations.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Educate users on best practices for technology use.
• Track and resolve IT equipment inventory.
• Manage software installations and licensing.
• Participate in the planning of IT upgrades and implementations.
• Create training materials and support documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
