Job Description

As the Chief Sustainability Officer, you'll be responsible for leading our sustainability initiatives, guiding the organization to implement robust environmental policies and practices. You will work directly with executive leadership to drive sustainable practices that align with our corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategic direction for sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of sustainability goals with business objectives.
• Develop and implement carbon reduction strategies and energy efficiency measures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and how they affect the organization.
• Advocate for sustainable practices internally and externally.
• Promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Contribute to the organization's public relations and marketing strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on environmental performance and sustainability metrics.
• Foster innovation and sustainability throughout organizational processes.
• Encourage stakeholder engagement in sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field
• MBA with a focus on sustainability is preferred

Experience

• At least 10 years in senior environmental roles with a focus on sustainability
