We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing complex processes and systems to enhance productivity. Your expertise will contribute to innovative solutions and efficient operations across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and improvement efforts.
• Utilize Six Sigma methods to minimize defects.
• Collaborate with IT to implement software solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Coach teams on best practices in process management.
• Create visual documentation for process flows.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in budget preparation for projects.
• Coordinate with external consultants as required.
• Evaluate new technologies for process enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Professional Engineering registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
