Job Description

We are in search of a Tenter to operate and maintain textile processing machinery used for stretching, drying, and finishing fabrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring that fabrics meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate fabric stretching and drying machinery.
• Verify fabric quality and specifications regularly.
• Document production processes and outcomes.
• Engage in routine maintenance of machinery.
• Communicate effectively with the production team.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in training new operators as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Fabric knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of fabric finishing techniques: Hands-on experience with finishing equipment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role: Experience leading a small team in a manufacturing setting.
