• Lead property development projects and coordinate with various departments.
• Perform financial analysis and create detailed project reports.
• Research and apply knowledge of local regulations and development laws.
• Initiate and maintain client relationships to support ongoing projects.
• Create comprehensive proposals for potential clients.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in marketing and promoting new property developments.
• Manage a small team of property consultants.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the development process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Post-graduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property development or management
