Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Retail Manager to lead our team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for upper management.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Implement training programs for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff.
• Forecast staffing needs and schedule appropriately to meet customer demands.
• Engage in community outreach to build the store’s presence and reputation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or similar field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a management role
