We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to help drive our projects forward. Your role will include process optimization, collaboration with production teams, and the implementation of best practices in engineering standards. Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance AE (Aggregate Efficiency) across production lines.
• Utilize simulation software to predict operational outcomes.
• Coordinate with IT on automation projects to enhance process capabilities.
• Conduct capacity analysis and recommend equipment upgrades.
• Manage projects related to engineering innovation.
• Interface with customers to understand their engineering needs and expectations.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards in engineering practices.
• Prepare technical documentation for engineering processes.
• Conduct training sessions for the engineering team on new technologies.
• Evaluate vendor proposals to identify best solutions for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or similar roles

• Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors: Relevant experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries is highly regarded.
