Job Description

As an Event Planner at Eventful Experiences, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional events that leave lasting impressions. You will manage logistics, coordinate vendors, and liaise with clients to ensure seamless execution of all event details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics of events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
• Handle all correspondence related to the event planning process.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback throughout the planning process.
• Assist with venue selection and layout planning.
• Research and implement innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for guests as required.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential issues that may arise during events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Certifications in Event Management are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in event coordination or management
