Job Description

We are on the lookout for an accomplished E-commerce Manager to lead our online initiatives in Port Elizabeth. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership. You will be responsible for optimizing our online sales platforms, driving traffic, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve our sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage promotional strategies to boost seasonality and event-based sales.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all e-commerce operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers for optimal collaboration.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Engage with customers through feedback mechanisms to enhance product offerings.
  • Manage social media presence and integrate e-commerce initiatives across platforms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is advantageous
