Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Advise managers on HR best practices and employee relations.
  • Manage the HR information system and maintain employee data integrity.
  • Coordinate and schedule training and professional development programs.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and compliance best practices.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
