Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals.
Advise managers on HR best practices and employee relations.
Manage the HR information system and maintain employee data integrity.
Coordinate and schedule training and professional development programs.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and compliance best practices.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Postgraduate qualifications in HR preferred

3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
