We are seeking an experienced Escrow Closer to facilitate real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will oversee the escrow process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transaction-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth closings.
• Handle all funds involved in the transaction ensuring secure management.
• Ensure all deadlines are met according to the terms of the agreement.
• Manage electronic and physical documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist clients with questions and concerns related to their escrow process.
• Conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure all aspects of the transaction are completed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Advantageous

• Experience working with international clients: Familiarity with the nuances of international escrow transactions.
• Fluency in additional languages: Ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages is a plus.
